Gourishankar Meditation CD
Osho Gourishankar is an active method that includes a breathing technique, witnessing, and a letting-go stage.
This technique consists of four stages of fifteen minutes each. The first two stages prepare the meditator for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage. Osho has said that if breathing is done correctly in the first stage, the carbon formed in the bloodstream will make the meditator as high as if on Gourishankar (Mt. Everest).
